Today I had lunch with my dear friend, Michael. Anyone who knows Michael Black could immediately guess where we went -- Casa Ramos! We both share a love for Mexican food. Bob jokingly says to people, "Michael is the only man I let my wife date." I met Michael when I was 18 years old, and he attended North Valley Christian School. We had a wonderful time visiting for 3 1/2 hours. Michael and I can talk about anything (and I do mean anything!!) and everything. He is such a wonderful, loyal, caring, kind friend who loves me (and many others) unconditionally. He loves my husband and kids, too. In spite of all the difficult things he has been through, he is so forgiving and remains upbeat and positive.
Michael, always remember, God loves you and I love you and that's the way it will always be!!
Always has an encouraging word when I run into him. Thanks for sharing your "lunch date" with all of us!
ReplyDeleteI am soooo jealous! Michael is one of the most fun uplifting people I have ever known! He always makes me feel so good about myself. You should come to camp this summer with Romona and Michael!! They usually come to spend a day!
