Update on Ashley

Just a quick note to update y'all on Ashley. She is still going through a lot of tests to determine what the best treatment is for her. At this point, she will probably have surgery in a few days to have a pacemaker and defibulator (spelling?) put in. They want to give her heart a few more days to "recover" from all it's been through before they operate.

The discouraging thing is that she has no short term memory. She can remember things from a long time ago, but everytime she wakes up she asks the same questions: Where am I? What am I doing in the hospital? What happened? Who found me?, etc. Over and over and over again all day long. So discouraging for her family!! Pray that her short term memory comes back!!!
